If you're not familiar to how a "Rake Chase" works, it's quite simple:
Depending on how much rake you generate in a calendar month, you will receive a reward.
The higher the rake generated, the higher the return.
Rewards are sent the following month.
Once the month is complete, the Rake Chase with restart on the first day of the following month, and run for the whole calendar month.

Below roughly 100,000 annual Rank Points (the General rank threshold), 27% Weekly Fixed Rakeback typically delivers more consistent returns — no rank thresholds to hit, no CP conversion steps. Above General rank, Elite Benefits scales significantly through CP exchange rates, Medal milestone bonuses, and VIP rank bonuses. There is also a one-way constraint to consider: a one-time switch from 27% Fixed to Elite Benefits is permitted, but converting back from Elite Benefits to 27% Fixed is not available. Track your Rank Points or CP for a month under each system to compare both programmes at your exact volume before making the one-time switch.
