Why We Started

We launched Universal Poker because too much of the gambling affiliate space relied on exaggerated offers, weak support and limited transparency. We wanted to build a poker-focused platform players could rely on for honest information, carefully selected deals and responsive support.

What Makes Us Different

We do not see our role as simply placing a sign-up link and moving on. We aim to give players clearer information, stronger support and more transparency around the sites and deals we choose to feature. Whether a player is high stakes or micro stakes, we want them to feel informed and treated fairly.

Our Background in Poker

Universal Poker has operated in gambling affiliate marketing since 2018. Our wider team comes from real gambling backgrounds, including direct operator-side experience and player-side experience, which helps us understand the practical issues players face and the standards we expect from the operators we feature.

How We Support Players

If a player runs into issues such as delayed support, tracking-related questions or account problems, we help escalate the matter with the operator where appropriate. We are not the operator itself, but we work to help players get clearer communication and better support when they need it.

How We Review Sites and Deals

Before we feature a poker site, we review whether it is properly licensed for the markets involved and spend time assessing the overall player experience. We want to feature operators we are comfortable recommending to players in eligible jurisdictions.

We may decide not to feature, or to remove, a site if we have concerns around licensing, software quality, player experience or game integrity.

What We Check

  • Operator licensing and market eligibility
  • Software quality and overall player experience
  • Traffic across relevant game formats
  • Rake structure, rakeback value and promotion clarity
  • Support responsiveness and escalation quality
  • Brand reputation, site suitability and market fit
  • Game integrity concerns, including bot-related risks

Affiliate Disclosure

We may earn commission when eligible players join poker sites through our links and generate rake, in line with our commercial agreements. Commercial arrangements do not decide which sites we choose to feature. We only work with operators we are comfortable recommending in eligible markets.

Compliance and Player Safety

We operate strict geo-blocking and market-access controls. We do not promote offers in restricted markets, we review operator country availability regularly, and we take responsible gambling and self-exclusion requests seriously. If a player tells us they need gambling-related support, we act to limit access and point them toward safer gambling resources.

Public Company Information

Universal Poker is operated by two separate, UK-registered companies under common ultimate ownership: Universal Affiliates Limited and CMA Solutions Limited. We believe transparency matters, so we are happy to point visitors to our public company profiles and additional public-facing references.
